Our mission statement
L.E.I. WorldWide was formed to house brokers who want to succeed, work hard, and that are self motivated. There are no contracts here. We work on a percentage basis which will be set by the broker and L.E.I. WorldWide. The door is always open. It is our philosophy that in order to keep good people around, you must take care of them, and they will take care of you.
L.E.I. WorldWide will foster customer and carrier loyalty by presenting a united front to achieve and surpass our customer and carrier expectations, as well as meeting our own goal of excellence in the Freight Brokerage industry.
It is the mission of L.E.I. WorldWide to set the standard for our customers as well as our carriers.
When brokering for L.E.I. WorldWide, your responsibilities are to take care of the carriers, as well as our customers. Without carriers that get paid a fair rate, you have nothing. A trucking company that did not get paid a fair rate will do anything in its power to not help you, but one that is getting paid well will bend over backwards to help you out.
Other brokerages try to make money off of the carriers and off of the customers -- this is not the LEI philosophy. At L.E.I. WorldWide we pride ourselves in taking care of the carriers as well as the customers. Your best bet is to be honest to the customer. If you have a problem, tell them, don't hold back. Honesty is the only policy.
If you give fair rates to the customer and to the carrier, you will be able to make it in this industry. It's our mission to do just that with honesty and integrity.
